Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm hospitality and product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with team members during peak service hours
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Contribute to creating an inviting atmosphere for guests
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista or café service experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
