We are currently seeking a passionate and service-oriented Barista to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you will be the face of our coffee and beverage program, ensuring that every guest receives perfectly crafted drinks served with a warm smile.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and specialty beverages according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation at all times.
- Handle customer transactions accurately using the POS system as a cashier.
- Provide exceptional service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and making menu recommendations.
- Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and beverage supplies.
- Monitor equipment performance and perform basic maintenance or cleaning of machines.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- 1 - 2 years of proven professional experience in a Cashier or Barista role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail, especially in handling transactions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Positive attitude and a quick-learning ability.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
