Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, teas, and other café drinks following standardized recipes.
- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service, taking orders accurately and handling transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including the coffee machine, equipment, and dining area.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other consumables.
- Engage with customers to explain our coffee blends and offer recommendations based on their preferences.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Support general daily café operations and assist the team in maintaining high service standards during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience working as a Barista or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Deep knowledge of coffee beans, extraction techniques, and milk texturing (latte art skills are a significant plus).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
- A passion for coffee culture and a commitment to continuous learning.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
