Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and teas, with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including the coffee station, kitchen, and dining section.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process orders, handle payments, and manage customer inquiries.
- Greet customers warmly, provide menu recommendations, and deliver exceptional customer service to enhance their experience.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies to ensure stock availability.
- Clean and sanitize coffee brewing equipment and machines daily to ensure safety standards.
- Assist in training new staff members on brewing techniques and service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., 20-30 lbs) with ease.
- A friendly, positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and coffee.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for POS operations.
