Tanggung Jawab
- Brew and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to company standards.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
- Assist with food preparation and plating as required.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or in the hospitality/tourism industry.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and basic latte art is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer service.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
