Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using professional techniques and equipment
- Master espresso brewing, milk steaming, and latte art creation
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all workstations, equipment, and seating areas
- Develop product knowledge to provide personalized recommendations to customers
