As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys a high-quality beverage and a welcoming experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and fresh juices.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines efficiently and safely.
- Interact with customers to take orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including workstations, dining areas, and restrooms.
- Handle cash transactions and manage point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
