Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee stations, equipment, and service areas
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, ensuring optimal functionality
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Assist in inventory management of coffee supplies and retail products
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and product ingredients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
