- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages following standardized recipes
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of coffee equipment, workspace, and customer areas
- Ensure consistent product quality through precise preparation techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly interactions and personalized recommendations
- Manage inventory levels of coffee supplies and place timely restocking orders
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other bar equipment
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company hygiene standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, bean varieties, and equipment operation
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customers
