Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, strictly adhering to recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival, take accurate orders, and provide friendly, efficient service with a smile.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the coffee bar, dining area, and storage spaces.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions and handle payments.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK) with a focus on hospitality or food service is preferred.
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is a plus but not strictly required.
- Demonstrated high initiative and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Must be honest, disciplined, and able to follow company rules and SOPs diligently.
- Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and an approachable, friendly attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
