Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using precise brewing techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and order accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for all equipment and service areas
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies with efficient stock rotation
- Train junior staff on coffee preparation protocols and MOSU Coffee standards
- Develop seasonal menu items featuring innovative coffee creations
- Process customer orders through POS systems while maintaining efficiency during peak hours
- Participate in coffee tasting sessions to refine palate and product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience or equivalent training certification
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and manual brewing methods
- Strong understanding of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and flavor characteristics
- Excellent communication skills with ability to educate customers on coffee products
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality standards
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control principles
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
- Passion for continuous learning in coffee trends and techniques
