Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, filter coffees, and teas according to our brewing standards.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized workstation and cafe area.
- Provide friendly, personalized, and efficient service to all customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions and handle cash with accuracy and integrity.
- Educate customers on different coffee beans, brew methods, and flavor profiles.
- Support general daily operations, including restocking supplies, inventory management, and cleaning.
- Uphold Redback Specialty Coffee's service standards and brand values at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista, preferably in a specialty coffee shop environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and brewing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jawa Timur.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional growth within the coffee industry.
