- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, professional demeanor and product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee stations, equipment, and service areas
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies, syrups, and ingredients while ensuring freshness
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to coordinate café operations during peak hours
- Adhere to health and safety protocols while maintaining a welcoming ambiance
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, bean varieties, and flavor profiles
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse guests professionally
