Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages according to recipes and standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized interactions and prompt order fulfillment
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas, prep stations, and customer spaces
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Stay updated on new coffee trends and suggest menu innovations
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista or in customer service role preferred
- Deep passion for coffee and willingness to develop expertise in brewing techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
