Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of coffee equipment, service areas, and customer spaces
- Process customer orders efficiently using POS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly interactions and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours
- Monitor inventory levels and report supply needs for coffee, milk, and consumables
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in food service preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment operation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
