Are you passionate about coffee and creating exceptional customer experiences? Koki Sunda Abadi is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Barista to join our dynamic team in Medan. We pride ourselves on serving high-quality beverages and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our valued guests.
In this role, you will be the heart of our coffee service, responsible for brewing the perfect cup and mastering the art of latte art. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, loves working with manual brew equipment, and can deliver top-notch service with a smile.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, coffee, and tea.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment.
- Master manual brewing techniques such as pour-over, Chemex, and cold brew.
- Create intricate latte art and visually appealing drinks for our customers.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing ratios, and flavor profiles.
- Proficiency in operating espresso machines and manual brew systems.
- Demonstrated ability to create latte art and signature drinks.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- High attention to detail and hygiene standards.
