Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Develop seasonal drink menus and showcase innovative coffee creations
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all workstations, equipment, and service areas
- Provide personalized customer recommendations and build rapport with regular patrons
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies, syrups, and complementary ingredients
- Train junior staff on beverage preparation and service standards
- Collaborate with kitchen team to create food-coffee pairings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience as a professional Barista in high-volume settings
- Expert knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Certification in coffee preparation (e.g., SCA Barista Skills) preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and conversational English
- Exceptional multitasking abilities during peak service hours
- Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP protocols
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
