Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and juices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide recommendations with a smile.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and POS systems efficiently during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies such as cups, milk, and syrups as needed.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy and store team to ensure smooth store operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Strong passion for coffee and a genuine desire to learn brewing techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash handling.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
