Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold coffee beverages, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide detailed information on our menu offerings and seasonal specials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including the espresso machine, grinders, and dining areas.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash and digital transactions with high accuracy.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, reporting shortages to management promptly.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Engage with customers to build brand loyalty and handle any feedback or concerns with professionalism and care.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the Food & Beverage industry.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso extraction, and milk steaming.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during peak hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
- Must be willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
