Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and refreshments, according to standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive and welcoming customer experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including the coffee preparation area, dining space, and restrooms, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions, handle payments, and handle customer inquiries regarding products.
- Restock supplies such as milk, syrups, pastries, and cups to ensure that the store is fully equipped for the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and support during peak hours.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPMV qualification or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience as a barista or in the hospitality industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy for operating POS systems.
- Enthusiasm about coffee, customer service, and working in a team setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
