Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea-based beverages with precision and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining area at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and making personalized drink recommendations.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and pastry selections.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Support team members to ensure smooth cafe operations during peak hours.
- Assist in the visual merchandising of pastries and retail merchandise.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a high-traffic café environment.
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction techniques and milk texturing (latte art skills are highly preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and personal integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- A passion for continuous learning about coffee origins, roasting, and brewing methods.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift light equipment.
