Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, teas, and other refreshments according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation, adhering strictly to health and safety protocols.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to provide world-class customer service.
- Operate professional coffee equipment, including grinding and tamping, while ensuring consistent extraction quality.
- Manage inventory levels and restock coffee beans, milk, and other supplies as needed.
- Handle POS transactions accurately and manage customer orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Assist in the daily opening and closing procedures of the café area.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar high-volume hospitality role.
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, extraction methods, and milk texturing techniques.
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in latte art is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proficient in spoken and written English (local language proficiency is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
