Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using various brewing techniques
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of coffee equipment and service areas
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service and handle customer inquiries
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations
- Manage inventory and restock coffee supplies and related products
- Operate POS systems accurately and process cash transactions
- Maintain consistent product quality and presentation standards
- Adhere to food safety protocols and hygiene regulations
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
