Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages according to high-quality standards.
- Maintain consistent espresso extraction and milk texturing (latte art) standards.
- Provide friendly, personalized, and efficient service to every customer.
- Ensure the coffee station and cafe floor remain clean, organized, and sanitary at all times.
- Manage POS transactions accurately and handle cash/digital payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking coffee beans, syrups, and supplies.
- Educate customers about our coffee beans, origins, and brewing methods.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a high-volume cafe setting.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation.
- Professional, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure during peak hours.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols.
- A genuine passion for coffee culture and continuous learning.
