Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages to perfection using premium beans and techniques
- Engage guests with personalized recommendations and build authentic connections
- Maintain immaculate coffee station hygiene and equipment functionality
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies, syrups, and garnishes efficiently
- Collaborate with F&B team to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Develop and implement seasonal coffee menu innovations
- Train junior staff on coffee preparation standards and customer engagement
- Adhere to all safety protocols and sustainability practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in specialty coffee preparation
- Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
