Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of handcrafted beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following Starbucks standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, seating areas, and restrooms, to ensure a pleasant environment for customers.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash and credit card transactions with precision.
- Educate customers on our coffee blends, brewing methods, and food pairings to enhance their experience.
- Adhere to all food safety, quality, and security guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues during peak hours and maintaining open communication.
- Follow store operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about coffee culture and beverage preparation.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a high-volume retail environment.
- Strong team-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Previous experience in F&B or retail is an advantage but not mandatory as training is provided.
