Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using Starbucks' signature recipes and premium ingredients
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and order accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas according to Starbucks standards
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and process payments efficiently
- Support inventory management by tracking supplies, conducting stock checks, and placing orders
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to food safety protocols and hygiene regulations consistently
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent education background
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation methods and beverage ingredients preferred
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Punctual with reliable attendance and ability to work flexible shifts
- Customer service mindset with patience and problem-solving abilities
