Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, tea, and Frappuccinos® blends, following standard recipes.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide friendly, efficient service to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the coffee bar and food preparation areas.
- Follow cash handling procedures and accurately process payments using the POS system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly, including stocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards and regulations set by Starbucks and local authorities.
- Engage with customers to learn their preferences and build a loyal customer base.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Strong passion for customer service and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer literacy for operating the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
