Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently for all transactions
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the coffee station
- Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all activities
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and coffee bean varieties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
