- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, and specialty drinks according to Starbucks standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized beverage recommendations and efficient order processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, equipment, and customer seating spaces
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, handling cash and digital transactions securely
- Adhere to food safety protocols and inventory management procedures
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in store promotions and new product launches
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
