Tanggung Jawab
- Craft and serve high-quality handcrafted beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards.
- Provide legendary customer service by anticipating customer needs and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
- Execute efficient operations at the Drive-Thru window to ensure quick and accurate service.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and food safety protocols.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and handle cash transactions with integrity.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Promote Starbucks products, including whole bean coffee and merchandise, to enhance the customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of SPM qualification or equivalent.
- A positive, friendly attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shift rotations.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to store operations.
- Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail is an added advantage but not mandatory.
