As a Barista, you will be the face of our store. Your day-to-day involves crafting delicious handcrafted beverages, greeting customers with a smile, maintaining a pristine store environment, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. You will learn the art of coffee, from espresso pulling to latte art, while developing valuable skills in teamwork, time management, and customer service.

Tanggung Jawab
- Delivering legendary customer service by connecting with customers and anticipating their needs.
- Preparing and serving handcrafted beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards.
- Educating customers on our coffee origins, brewing methods, and merchandise.
- Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for ordering and payment processing.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment while adhering to health regulations.
- Assisting with inventory management, including receiving stock and rotating products.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Upholding Starbucks mission and values in every interaction.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in F&B, retail, or service industry is an added advantage (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Passionate about coffee and providing outstanding customer experiences.
- Must be a team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant work permits.
