Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to Starbucks standards and recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Process customer orders efficiently through POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and rotation of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Strong passion for coffee and willingness to learn beverage preparation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
