Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages including espresso, specialty coffees, and seasonal offerings according to company standards
- Operate coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders) and maintain cleanliness of service areas
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly interactions and order accuracy
- Manage cash transactions and operate POS systems efficiently
- Support inventory management including stock rotation and supply ordering
- Uphold food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
