Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages using commercial espresso machines.
- Assist in the daily production of fresh breads, pastries, and baked goods according to house recipes.
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen and café area.
- Engage with customers, take orders, and provide excellent service to enhance their dining experience.
- Manage inventory levels for coffee supplies and baking ingredients, reporting shortages to management.
- Maintain equipment performance through regular cleaning and basic troubleshooting.
- Support the team during peak hours to ensure efficient workflow and order accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education.
- Prior experience in a café or bakery environment is highly preferred, though entry-level candidates with a strong passion are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and general baking principles.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a physically active kitchen environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
