Tanggung Jawab
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium roasted beans
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain immaculate hygiene and operational standards in service areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food and beverage service
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Contribute to a positive team environment through proactive communication
- Participate in product knowledge training to represent our coffee heritage authentically
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or food service
- Proficient in espresso preparation techniques and latte art
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with genuine warmth toward customers
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings
- Basic English proficiency; Bahasa Indonesia fluency preferred
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
