In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and service of a wide variety of hot and cold beverages. You will ensure that every cup served meets our rigorous quality standards while maintaining a pristine and organized bar area. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold coffee beverages, teas, and other refreshments according to established recipes.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar, workstations, and storage areas at all times.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines efficiently and safely.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; notify management when reordering is needed.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant hospitality or culinary certification is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and different types of coffee beans is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
