Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and teas with precision.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and store presentation at all times.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Engage with customers warmly, answering questions, making recommendations, and taking orders in English.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and checking stock levels.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and machines to comply with health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written, for effective customer interaction.
- Previous experience in a hospitality, cafe, or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Genuine passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing methods.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift light items.
