Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and professional equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and service areas
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies, syrups, and related products
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene protocols
- Contribute to a positive team environment during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods, bean origins, and flavor profiles
