- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages following established recipes and quality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations accurately
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and quality control
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
