Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and non-coffee beverages according to company recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, efficient interactions while taking orders and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and customer areas
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies, syrups, and ingredients while monitoring stock levels
- Adhere to food safety protocols and hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Train new staff on beverage preparation techniques and customer service best practices
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred (training provided for motivated candidates)
- Strong passion for coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques and product knowledge
- Excellent communication skills with approachable, friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
