Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including espressos, cappuccinos, and other coffee-based drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a pristine coffee bar and dining area, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Operate and clean coffee brewing equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Handle cash transactions and digital payments efficiently and accurately at the end of each shift.
- Assist with inventory management, including checking stock levels, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service flow during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the hospitality and tourism industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing orders.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn new recipes and follow standard operating procedures.
