Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality specialty beverages according to ZUS Signature recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and customer areas
- Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service, including product recommendations and order processing
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process payments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn specialty preparation techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods
