Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages and menu items with precision and artistry
- Maintain impeccable hygiene standards across all coffee equipment and service areas
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and supply ordering for seamless operations
- Deliver personalized customer service through product recommendations and order assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash operations

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in barista or F&B customer service roles
- Proficiency in espresso brewing, latte art, and beverage preparation

- Basic knowledge of coffee bean varieties and brewing techniques
