Tanggung Jawab
- Brewing and serving high-quality beverages according to Starbucks recipes and standards.
- Greeting customers warmly and providing exceptional customer service at the counter.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including the espresso machine and dining area.
- Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for orders, payments, and loyalty programs.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth store operations and timely service.
- Restocking supplies and ingredients to ensure the store is fully equipped for daily operations.
- Learning and demonstrating knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and product ingredients.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
