Tanggung Jawab
- Craft and serve high-quality handcrafted coffee beverages according to Starbucks standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating customer needs and responding with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure operational efficiency.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems effectively.
- Manage drive-thru operations with speed and precision during peak hours.
- Educate customers about our coffee blends, brewing methods, and food pairings.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Energetic, positive attitude, and a strong passion for excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).
- Reliable, punctual, and highly self-motivated.
