Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of specialty coffee drinks and handcrafted cocktails with precision and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized bar and service area at all times to ensure safety standards.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process orders and handle payments efficiently.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, taking orders and making personalized recommendations.
- Monitor and restock bar inventory to ensure never-ending supplies of liquor, coffee beans, and syrups.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards set by the resort and local regulations.
- Assist in training new staff on drink recipes and proper bar operations.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in barista or bartending roles within a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and cocktail recipes.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Certification in barista training or mixology is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (e.g., kegs, cases of liquor).
- Valid Food Handler’s or Alcohol Service Permit is required.
