Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare specialty coffees and artisanal beverages following company standards
- Expertly craft cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of barista station
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen team for seamless food service
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Adhere to safety protocols and food handling standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in barista/bartending role
- Proficiency in coffee preparation techniques
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage trends
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Food safety certification preferred
