Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages following established recipes and standards
- Expertly mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Plan, prepare, and present diverse menu items with attention to detail and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, bar, and dining areas
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and addressing inquiries
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a barista, bartender, chef, or cook is required
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage mixing
- Familiarity with various cooking methods and culinary styles
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic food handling and safety certification (preferred)
