Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and greet every customer with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm to create a positive first impression.
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to brand standards and recipes.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash and digital transactions with accuracy.
- Provide detailed information about our menu, including flavor profiles and seasonal promotions, to assist customers in their choices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation and dining area throughout the shift.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, reporting shortages to the supervisor.
- Ensure all food safety and health regulations are strictly followed during preparation and service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM or equivalent; a Diploma in Hospitality or F&B is a plus.
- Passionate about coffee culture and a strong desire to develop professional barista skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact comfortably with diverse customers.
- A proactive team player who is willing to assist colleagues and take initiative.
- Able to work on a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Prior experience in the F&B industry or customer service is preferred but not mandatory as training is provided.
- High level of personal hygiene and professional grooming standards.
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
